SIQ summer soccer camps are the best way to continue development after the season and be a step ahead for the fall. Camp #5 “Park the Bus” in Lone Tree, Colorado is a defensive soccer camp for players born in 2011–2021, focused on individual and team defending, tackling and smart positional play.
While every SIQ summer soccer camp explores different aspects of the game, the “Park the Bus” camp is dedicated to mastering defensive excellence. Players sharpen 1v1 defending, small-group and team defending, improve slide tackling technique and learn how to anticipate and intercept passes in game-like situations.
Soccer IQ Academy (SIQ Academy) uses a Barcelona-influenced curriculum created by a USSF A-licensed coach. All SIQ coaches have collegiate or professional experience, hold coaching licenses and are SafeSport-certified, providing a safe and professional defensive soccer training environment in Lone Tree, Colorado.

Time: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm for players born in 2011–2021
Through engaging drills, game scenarios, and friendly competitions, players will improve their first touch, dribbling, passing, shooting, vision and teamwork
Our camp introduces players to essential tactical concepts, such as positioning, spacing, and game awareness. Players learn how to make quick, smart decisions on the field and contribute in every way possible to their team
During our camps, players will participate in fun and challenging physical activities that improve their overall physical shape. They will enhance their speed, stamina, motor coordination, and balance, giving them an edge on the pitch
Players learn how to communicate effectively, collaborate with teammates, and support each other. They will develop valuable game and life skills that extend beyond the soccer field, fostering friendships and building character
We incorporate exciting games, challenges, and friendly matches to keep the camp experience exciting and memorable
We follow strict safety protocols. You can have peace of mind knowing that your child is in a secure environment while having a fantastic time
