Originally from Vilnius, Lithuania, Azary's soccer journey led him to various European clubs in Italy, Scotland, Israel, and the Netherlands, along with representing the Lithuanian National Team in Futsal on the international stage.

Currently based in Denver, Colorado, he imparts his extensive knowledge to the youth soccer community, boasting over 15 years of coaching experience. Azary's commitment to developing the next generation of soccer talent is evident in his decade of personalized training for players of all ages and positions, earning him immense respect among families.

Since the inception of SIQ, Azary has been a pivotal force in the growth of the Soccer IQ Academy. Besides his impressive soccer background, he holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a Master's Degree in Finance, and certifications as a fraud examiner and anti-money laundering specialist.

Azary's unwavering passion for the game, dedication to his students, and desire to instill a love for soccer in every player make him truly exceptional. As the founder of SIQ Futsal, he stands as a valuable resource for all soccer-related matters in Colorado.

At the age of 7, living in Moscow, Russia, Yury dove head first into the world of soccer by intuition of his father which kick started his path in the beautiful game. Having finished at Lokomotive Moscow Academy where he breathed, slept and ate soccer, he continued to play for Lokomotive Moscow’s youth team and ultimately professionally in the same club.

The highlight of his career was becoming a National Champion of Russia with “Loko”.

With a bit of spontaneity, Yury transplanted his life over to the United States in 2015 with hopes to continue his soccer career. He made his mark in MASL (Major Arena Soccer League) but surprisingly he excelled in the art of coaching. Yury started coaching recreationally for Sparta (2015-now), Rapids Youth Select (2019), and for Olympic Development Program consecutively. By way of serendipity, he met his fellow future business partners and the rest was history.

Yura’s soccer journey brought him a lot of professional experience and personal insight into this fantastic sport. He learned the importance of team chemistry, self confidence, and unwavering belief that you always need to get back up after you’ve been knocked down.

This is why SIQ is not just a business for Yury, it’s something he truly believes in.
