INTERVIEW WITH COACH TOLYA IS ONLINE
I enjoyed a lot talking to Richard from Sporting Denver last Thursday.
We briefly talked about number of topics:
- my path in football so far
- objective of Soccer IQ Academy
- development of football in USA
- my vision of player development path
- the uneasy current times with COVID-19

Because it was mainly about SIQ and my path in soccer, after interview we have discussed a possibility to record with him several thematic interviews where we will discuss specific topic in depth. These topics will not be about SIQ or myself but rather will cover some interesting topics from who is the best player/coach of all time to evolution of tactics in soccer.

This is not an easy camp as each day players go through two on field training sessions and 90min of classroom video session (on my opinion extremely valuable tool which to my knowledge no camps in Colorado offer).
Each day field training is connected with video session so players can immediately apply on the field the knowledge they got in classroom. Of course it is not easy and requires a lot of focus and hard work during the day but the effect can be very significant - some parents shared with me that this camp had very significant impact on their player's development.
